How can I check if it’s pure?

What do your cows eat?
Our Gir cows graze on natural fodder and are raised without hormones — healthy cows give healthier milk and better ghee.
How to store it?
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Solid in winter and semi-liquid in summer — both are natural signs of purity.
Is it suitable for lactose-sensitive people?
Yes — A2 Bilona Ghee is largely free of lactose and casein after clarification, so many with mild sensitivities tolerate it well.
